Start a group and then you can insert the name of your group as you pray. Reading the prayers for an hour, you just talked to God for an hour. Here is an example of my group.

We have a group ...“His Young People”... no rules ... no dues. Just say yes . Now go increase the membership. It is an easy way to pray for  “His Young People” in the  “Red Prayer Book “ by inserting the name into the spaces.
